At TheCubicle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags still attached, ensuring the clothing is unworn and unwashed.

• 3.
  Drop Off the Shipment

  Attach the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location or schedule a carrier pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
